Refund Policy

EU Consumer Rights: This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. As a Slovak company, we respect your statutory rights.
1. Digital Content Nature
Astralo provides personalized digital content (horoscope PDFs) that is:
- Individually generated based on your birth data
- Delivered immediately upon payment
- Non-returnable once generated
Under EU consumer law, you acknowledge that by completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the digital content is delivered.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We will provide a full refund if:
- Technical failure: You did not receive your horoscope due to our technical error
- Non-delivery: The horoscope was not delivered within 24 hours
- Incorrect product: You received the wrong horoscope type
- Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order
3. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Significant errors in the horoscope content
- Accidental purchase (within 1 hour and before opening)
- Other exceptional circumstances

4. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with horoscope predictions (entertainment product)
- Providing incorrect birth data
- Not checking email (including spam folder)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Requesting the horoscope was already viewed/downloaded
5. Refund Process
- Email us at apollotechsro@gmail.com with:
- Your order number or email address
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative resolution.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Slovak and EU consumer protection law.
Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior consent.
