These Terms of Service govern your use of the Astralo website and services operated by Apollo Tech s.r.o., a company registered under the laws of the Slovak Republic.

2. Service Description

Astralo provides personalized horoscope services including:

• Daily Horoscope (€0.99)
• Weekly Horoscope (€2.99)
• Monthly Horoscope (€7.99)
• Partner Compatibility Horoscope (€7.99)

All horoscopes are personalized based on the birth data you provide and are delivered digitally via email as PDF documents.

3. Entertainment Purpose Disclaimer

Our horoscope services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Astrological readings should not be relied upon for making important life decisions including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of astrological predictions. Users acknowledge that astrology is not a science and results may vary.

4. User Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You must provide accurate birth information (date, time, place)
• You must provide a valid email address for delivery
• You agree not to redistribute or resell our content

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor.

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes
• Payment is required before horoscope generation and delivery
• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Invoices are provided in English and sent to your email

6. Delivery

Upon successful payment, your personalized horoscope will be:

• Generated within 2-5 minutes
• Delivered as a PDF to your email address
• Available for download for 14 days

If you do not receive your horoscope within 30 minutes, please contact us at apollotechsro@gmail.com.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless the digital content has already been delivered with your prior consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including horoscope readings, website design, logos, and software is owned by Apollo Tech s.r.o. and protected by Slovak and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak and EU law:

• Apollo Tech s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
